one day booklet project, really enjoyed experimenting with card and cut-out, and pleased with how the map turned out.

a beach walk with my dad and dog, i love the ripples in the sand, and how the low light catches them.

old and new abstracts.

an eastern wall of the wigwam with shadows and silhouettes… certainly a favourite subject of mine

my journey to uni yesterday, frosty and foggy, almost a bit eerie.

tests and experiements for the most recent one-day-project. in the end i think i might have used too many of the ideas in the final piece…but very pleased with the intricate map on the back.

came in early the other day so i made these folded paper structures. i like the way they catch the light and you get different shades of the same colour.
this might be a nice idea for a landscape for a paper/craft animation… the rocky mountains?

photos taken at rock ferry train station yesterday morning, the low sun casting wonderful shadows.

i think train stations make inspiring subjects, lines and depth giving  great perspectives, appealing compositions.
